Reiki (pronounced Ray-key)
Is a gentle, touch activated technique accessing pure Universal Life Force Energy through the hands, to restore natural health and balance on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

At each level there is an expansion of energy with the amount of Reiki that comes through the practitioner.  Each level increases the vibration of the individual and the ability to access greater amounts of this pure life force energy. The Seven levels of Reiki are a complete system, highlighting each energy centre with all levels balancing into the heart while maintaining a strong grounding energy.  Reiki is a pure, precise system for self-transformation and expansion of consciousness.
